Happy Valentines Day!

Logan was a sweetheart and let me sleep in yesterday, which I very much appreciated! Around 9:15 am I could hear him talking to Tommy in the kitchen, saying "Take this in to Mommy!" (repeated about ten times). Eventually Tommy walked in with a box of Russel Stover chocolates that was bigger than his head! He handed it to me, along with a lovely card from Logan. It was so sweet!

Logan had also bought me some *sweet* gifts from a store in Roanoke called Chocolate Paper (doesn't that sound like the kind of store I'd like?). However, given that we have a hard time keeping presents from each other, he caved on Friday and gave me those when I gave him his box of Reese's Peanut Butter cups. We're just little kids when it comes to presents :-)

On Saturday we were able to go to the Temple for the first time in a long time, and it was great to be there! Nanna and Papa and JJ were kind enough to go up with us and watch the kids while we were inside. We want to go up next month, too, and start making a habit of it!

Overall, a good weekend :-)

Kings of the Castle

Tommy wanted me to put up his castle today, and then he (and Jack!) had fun playing inside. They're so cute!

Two Peas

Picture post! I just had to share these cute photos of my boys at bed time. Ain't they adorable?

Snow Days

Snow seems to be "the thing" in Virginia this year, so this weekend we are once again snowed in to our house! It's not too bad---just a foor or so (cumulative) but it is unusual! Tommy loves it. He wishes he could spend all day in it! It's very cute. Today Logan took him out, and they built a fort, and threw snowballs, and even sledded down the "hill" (slight incline) in our front yard. Adorable!
