Today Anna was blessed at church, and she got quite dressed up for the occasion! When we got to church she was wide awake, and everytime the microphone was close to her she started crying, so the blessing was pretty short. Short, but sweet!

Isn't she adorable? The pink bow on her head was a sweet touch, I thought :-)

She's growing up so fast! We were worried the dress would be too big, but she surprised us all by fitting it just fine.
We also had our Father's Day brunch/dinner here in Buena Vista--some yummy fettucini alfredo (Rachel Ray's delicious recipe) with chicken and broccoli. Mmmm mmm good! And quick, too :-)
Now for naps!
Yay for Anna! She's so little and cute! It is sad that babies have to grow SO FAST. You look absolutely gorgeous, Emilie. Childbearing does NOT phase you at all. :) I loved reading Anna's birth story too, by the way. Parts of it cracked me up, because I feel the same way about so much of what you wrote! Thank you for sharing. It made me smile. Congratulations again to your family!
ReplyDeleteshe's changed so much and it's only been 2 weeks. Our kids change so much! My baby cut her own hair short. When she let's me aim a camera at her I'll show off the pics. It's super cute! anyway...back to baby Anna. Such darling pics! Thanks for sharing!!!!
